Your pictures are very misleading. The modem that you indicated is a secure, internal, wireless device that securely and soley communicates with the master node in the Dept. Of Elections. I does not connect to the Internet. It is used to allow for faster tabulation of votes, since delays also lead to allegations of voter fraud. I also saw no documentation that the pictures are for the machines that you claim they are from in Pinellas county. Heres a link to a Verizon article, or simply Google the modem ASIN. https://www.verizon.com/about/news/press-releases/fastest-ever-vote-returns-new-wireless-system
Your post is misleading. Show us the EAC certification and scope document that allows for a modem or network device to be attached to a DS200 Tabulator. You can't because it does not exist.
What I feel is misleading about your post, is that while there is a "modem" installed on the tabulator, I see nothing that indicates it connects to the Internet. In fact, the little research I did on the model points to it being a HIGHLY SECURE POINT TO POINT networking device, in other words, it can only communicate to the authenticated central server using end to end encryption, and no points in between. I'd go as far to say it's MORE secure than most companies VPN setups, since there is no unsecure home wireless in the way. There may very well be some bylaw or policy that prohibits this type of connection, I'm certainly not an election law expert, but looking at this from a reasonable perspective, I see a secured intranet that allows for same day vote counting. The structure suggests that any bad actor that wants to access the machine itself to impact the vote is going to be out of luck, given that the centralized counting system will only accept data sent via that device. It would probably require access to the main server to do so, and I'd anticipate that level of access is audited and logged in triplicate, if its even accessible to anyone outside of service technicians. Not sure if your unfamiliar with network security principals, or simply trying to inflame folks, but the people that put this stuff together really know their stuff. This setup reminds me of the old "dumb terminal" setup, which was extremely secure (and still used today in high security environments), with the added advantage of not having people complain they're limited in what they can do, the machines have exactly one function, and one function only.

Where's the beef? Where is the fraud? I don't mean examples of the possibility of fraud made to sound like fraud, I mean actual, provable fraud with evidence you could bring to court and win a case, and which flipped an election.
Down ballot Republicans who won in 2020 claimed ballot fraud in the presidential election, but no ballot fraud in their victories- WHICH WERE ON THE SAME BALLOT.
And then who installs the voting machines? and who can change them to flip votes? even Senators voting for themselves have seen their own vote flip.....but don’t worry if they can’t get enough machines to flip...they can and will always come up with another way to cheat...
I’m old enough to remember hired Union thugs with bats blocking polls
then let’s think about the timing of the Plan’demic right at election time....better control of cheat vote counting/hiding behind masks....I even saw Bill Clinton standing with with bodyguards blocking doors to polls when Hil-liar-y was running....and when all else fails ...hire thug kids to do their dirty work then kill them; dead hired criminals don’t talk........sorry but I am so sick of it all.

Well, a quick Google search turned up this document from the EAC that appears to speak to general security measures that need to be taken for networked machines. https://www.eac.gov/sites/default/files/eac_assets/1/6/259.pdf

John Dally take a look at at this ... https://www.scribd.com/document/752826543/ES-S-DS200-Tabulators-Use-Wireless-Modems-to-Connect-to-Servers-via-Internet

Without that, you are all talk.
The Colorado ES&S document is VERY clear... Would you like a copy of it in it's entirety?
How about you read this article.. And review the document from ES&S:

You and Mike Lindell have not able to prove election fraud.
You have only been able to speculate about the possibility that it could happen, while implying that it has happened - with no proof of it.
And your responses to requests for proof are always "here, read this article", which links to more unproven speculation.
It's not working.

Where are the voting machines made? And who owns and controls the manufacturing of the voting machines? Modem this and computer that phfffff
